Paradisus Playa del Carmen

To make it easy for you, we have enlisted the help of Glenda Hunter, our travel agent. We kindly request that you use Glenda for room bookings. However, we understand that some guests may prefer to book directly through the resort. The SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE to booking through Glenda is that, regardless of room type, you will have access to the "adults only" pool and restaurants where most of our activities are held. If booking directly, you will need to make sure you book a "Reserve" adults room for the same access. Your booking through Glenda also includes ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION and TAXES. If you book a room through Glenda, full payment is due September 21, but you can confirm your room now with no deposit by filling out the form below. COVID-19's Impact on Paradisus

Due to COVID-19, the Paradisus Playa del Carmen resort has recently undergone a structural change. Formerly separated into two distinct experiences—La Perla (adults only) and La Esmeralda (family-friendly)—the two halves have merged in order to accommodate health and safety occupancy limits. While the resort is now family-friendly, Paradisus Playa del Carmen has dedicated select areas as adults-only, styled "The Reserve." You will have access to various Reserve pools, swim-up bars, restaurants, and beach areas if you book through Glenda. Paradisus Playa del Carmen has also modified its ground operations in the interest of the health and safety of its guests. In addition to a reduced maximum occupancy (ensuring we all get the best seats at the pool!), Paradisus has introduced hand and keycard sanitizing stations, adequately spaced pool chairs and restaurant tables, QR codes for menus, and have moved all of their activities outdoors.* *As of 7/22/20. Flight

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Regardless of whether you choose to book your room through Glenda or directly through Paradisus, we ask that you book your own flight. Glenda is also available to assist with flight reservations for those who book a room through her. Paradisus Playa del Carmen is approximately 40 minutes from Cancun International Airport. If you have booked a room in our room block, transportation to and from Cancun airport is included in your booking fee. If you have booked a room directly through a hotel, you will need to arrange this transportation independently.
