Places to stay - nearby cities

We wanted to help the out of towners figure out places to stay! Since McClellanville is so small, travel arrangements may be a bit scarce. Here are some surrounding and nearby cities to look for hotels, AirBnBs, Vrbo’s, and other places. We would also advise due to the possible overlap of spring break at local colleges, and the Charleston area being a vacation spot - to book where you are staying in advance. Awendaw ~ 15 minutes Georgetown ~20 minutes Huger ~ 25 minutes Mount Pleasant ~ 40 minutes Myrtle Beach ~ 1 hour, putting Myrtle Beach in here because you could make it a trip for the kids as well and visit the Ripley’s believe it or not! attraction, boardwalk, or beach!
