Minoa Palace Resort
For anyone who'd like to be close by, we'll be staying at Minoa Palace Resort in Platanias. It'll be fun to have as many of us as possible in the same place. It's near plenty of bars and restaurants and near the wedding venue. Of course you're more than welcome to choose another hotel if you prefer, there are lots of options in the area to suit different budget and styles. We'll share a few other recommendations, so you can pick what works best for you.

Hotel Kallitsakis Beach
For guests who prefer a different option, Kallitsakis Beach is a fab choice. Its a short walk from Minoa Palace Resort so you'd still be nearby and close to many restaurants and bars

Marika Beach Hotel
Another great option is Marika Beach Hotel, this is a smaller boutique style hotel situated on the beachfront of Platanias. This is still nearby to us and walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars.

Caldera Bay Hotel
For guests looking for a more affordable option without sacrificing location, Caldera Bay in Chania is an excellent choice. This hotel is again a short walk from Minoa Palace Resort, near our wedding venue and near the main bars and restaurants!

Phos Hotel Adults Only
For our guests who are wanting to stay at an adults-only retreat, Phos Hotel is a great option. You'll be a 20 minute walk from us at Minoa Palace and still near lots of restaurants.
Flight
Flight details.
We’ll be flying from Manchester Airport with easyJet on the 21st August to Chania, and returning to Manchester on the 31st August. For anyone joining us, there are daily flights from England to Chania, so please choose the dates that work for you. Chania is also the closest airport to our wedding venue, so it’s the most convenient option for guests travelling to celebrate with us.

Coach to the Wedding Venue from Minoa Palace Resort.

We will be arranging a coach for all guests, with pick-up at 14:15 from outside the reception at Minoa Palace Resort. Guests not staying at the hotel are also welcome to use the transport, provided they meet outside the Minoa Palace reception :)
