Question

How do I RSVP and what is the deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by June 1.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is summer cocktail. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses/skirts/jumpsuits, and the gentlemen are welcome to wear a suit and tie or a dress shirt with slacks. We kindly ask guests to wear any shade of blue or purple if possible.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at Icicle Ridge Winery in Peshastin (about 10 minutes outside of Leavenworth). The ceremony will be held at the vineyard area across the road from the main winery entrance. Guests can park at the winery and walk to the ceremony location.

Question

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

5:30pm: Ceremony 6:00pm: Cocktail Hour 6:30pm-10:00pm: Dinner & Dancing 10:00pm-Midnight: After Party, Downtown Leavenworth (location to be announced at the reception)

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:20pm - we don't want you to miss out on a thing!

Question

What will the weather be like? Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

You can expect warm, sunny weather (usually low 80's) during the day with slightly cooler temperatures at night. All festivities will take place outdoors so please bring light layers with you just in case. Don't forget your sunscreen!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! We will have wonderful girls on-site to help wrangle kiddos. However, if you'd rather leave your little ones at home so you can fully enjoy yourself, we completely understand :) If you decide to bring your children, please indicate so when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There are so many great lodging options to choose from in Leavenworth! You can find our recommendations on the Lodging page - from hotels to Airbnbs, there's something for everyone. Please note: Leavenworth is an extremely popular place to visit, especially over a holiday weekend. As places are already filling up, we recommend booking your accommodations now. Yes, right now! We also invite everyone to join us for continued celebrations on July 4th, so be sure to book an extra night if possible. See the Itinerary page for more details.

Question

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the space area. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and taxis/ridesharing are a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we’d like that time to be unplugged. Photos during the reception and after party are encouraged and welcome.

Question

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! There will be a casual Happily Ever After Party on Monday, July 4th. Everyone is invited and we truly hope to see you there! Find more details on the Itinerary page of our website.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

After spending nearly 10 years together, we are lucky enough to already have everything we need. However, if you wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be much appreciated! Please see the Registry page for more details. There will also be a place for cards at the venue for those who wish to gift in-person.
