Questions

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that unless your wedding invitation states we have enough room to accommodate, you respect our wishes as we are tied to a strict head count.

Question

Can I take pictures/use my phone?

Answer

We kindly request that only our professional photographer capture images during the ceremony. At the reception, we'll provide an opportunity for guests to take photos with their phones. We also ask that you wait to post any wedding photos until after we share our official photographer's images. Your understanding and respect of this request means the world to us.

Question

Kids?

Answer

We warmly welcome children to our ceremony. However, when it turns 8:00PM the celebration will become an adult only one. We recognize that finding childcare can be challenging, so we appreciate your understanding as we create an intimate evening atmosphere for our guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests who are not a part of the wedding party (or helping with the wedding party) arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to say hello to friends and family before the music starts. Once the ceremony begins and the wedding party makes their entrance, we want to keep the moment uninterrupted, so guests will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished before entering.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are still updating it, but yes, we do have one through this wedding website on Zola. There is also a link to amazon through our wedding website (on here) as well!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for everyone to look their best as we celebrate together! As tradition goes, we ask that no one wear white. Please plan for semi-formal attire: dresses, jumpsuits, or nice slacks with a button-down or blazer. We kindly ask that no shorts or jeans be worn. September weather can be a little unpredictable, and since part of the celebration will be on grass, stilettos may sink in. As tradition goes, we ask that no one wear white. To complement the season and setting, fall tones- like deep greens, burgundy, navy, mustard, or warm neutrals-are especially welcome! That said, we do not want anyone to feel like they need to buy something new- dress in what makes you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate with us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking around the building of the event, and if we run out, there is a park located just behind with additional parking spots!
