It all started when Judah and Liv met while serving together with OBU Worship. Someone special pointed out that they sounded great together :) After Welcome Week interviews and a few too many late-night conversations, Judah offered Liv a ride home one day, and things just clicked. Their connection grew quickly through Welcome Week Steering Committee and a weekend retreat spent texting each other from across the room (classic). Judah soon asked Liv on their first date — complete with flowers and homemade fettuccine Alfredo, her favorite! Not long after, they went to a Thunder game together, which sparked what is now a full-blown shared obsession. They made it official right after Judah met Liv’s parents for the first time, and from there, the adventures took off. Judah made his first trip to Arkansas to visit Liv’s hometown, and soon after, they got to lead worship together at Falls Creek. It was Liv’s first time at “the Creek,” but it quickly became a place full of special memories for them both. From concerts in Dallas with Ben Rector, Cody Fry, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, to fall break in Pensacola with friends, holidays in Atlanta with Liv’s family, and even a snowy trip to D.C. with OBU, they’ve shared so many sweet moments together. Judah’s band League opened for an album release show (with Liv proudly cheering him on from the front row!), and soon after, he graduated — whoop whoop! He picked up golf, and Liv happily took on the role of official cart driver. Then, after months of secret planning, Judah pulled off the best surprise yet — a proposal right outside one of their favorite places… Falls Creek. The place where they got to lead worship together became one of their favorite shared memories!
