We recommend booking a hotel in the downtown Providence or Newport areas. Labor Day weekend is a busy time of year for out-of-towners to travel to Newport and we have found that many require a three-day stay. If you plan on staying in RI just for the night, we suggest staying in Providence. It is about a 40 minute drive from the reception and we will be providing Uber credits if you don't feel like driving yourself to and from the event.
