Lodging - Important Information!
**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
As you might guess, we do not keep up with Football! Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that there is a rather important VT Football game that same weekend which has caused hotels to already start booking. Please plan ahead for accommodations if you are not camping on-site!
Newport is a small, quiet town in Giles County nestled between Blacksburg and Pembroke, VA. There are numerous places in the area to enjoy camping (including at the venue) but hotel accommodations are limited and mostly in Blacksburg. There may be cabin/home rentals in the area that can be booked through AirBnB, VRBO and other rental sites. **Please note, there is also a Newport News, VA but it is several hours away from the venue so please be careful with your booking!
We have included a few options below but it is not an exhaustive list, by any means! Whether you stay in Newport or in a surrounding town feel free to make a weekend of your stay and enjoy the beautiful nature!

Camping on Site
Our gracious venue host has said that camping is acceptable on the property. There is a lot of creek side farm land perfect for pitching a tent. This is a great option for those that want to stay for the after hours festivities and not worry about drinking and driving! We just ask that if you are camping to please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan out the camping plots away from the ceremony and reception space.
