Welcome Event

2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual event; please come and hang out with us!

We will provide snacks, drinks, and dinner! Dinner will be a variety of Mediterranean dishes catered by Palm Palace. Dinner will be delivered around 3PM, but kept hot with chafing dishes. Feel free to come and go at any time. Park closes at 10PM, but will start cleaning up when it starts getting dark (so estimating done by 9pm). Parking is limited; there is overflow parking outside the park at the Huron High School. Restrooms near the pavilion are compostable restrooms (not running water) but there is a running water restroom near the canoe rental building (which is a bit further of a walk). Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, light suits/shirts/pants. Or dress to the nines, you'll look good too!

Doors open at 5PM. First shuttle from the Kensington Hotel will leave around 4:45PM. Next shuttle will leave around 5:10PM. Shuttle service will be available for the rest of the evening to return to the hotel at any time. The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. There will be hydration choices prior to the ceremony.
