Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
Anna & Matthew are so grateful for the opportunity to get married in the backyard of Matthew's childhood home. Amy and Eric Loper are graciously allowing the couple to host the wedding in their beautiful backyard in Quail Creek in Oklahoma City.

What is the dresscode?
Answer
This event attire is semi-formal garden party. For women, we encourage you to wear Spring colors, patterns, & textures (midi & maxi dresses preferred). The ceremony will take place on grass which may be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos and instead go for a block heel. For men, neutral (black, tan, navy, grey, etc.) or light colored suits are appropriate. For both men and women, please refrain from attire where the primary color is white. Men may wear a white dress shirt.

When do you need to know if we are attending or not?
Answer
Make sure to send in your decision by April 1st, 2025 so we can plan accordingly. Please RSVP through the "RSVP" page on our website.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be taking place outdoors. The ceremony will take place on grass and the reception will take place on concrete. Guests will be able to go in the home to use the restroom.

Will there be an Open Bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have a bartender on-site serving beer, wine, champagne, and our 2 signature cocktails. While it will be an open bar, we encourage you to bring a small amount of cash to tip our bartender! Please keep in mind that the event is taking place at a home surrounded by others. We would like to be respectful of our neighbors so we kindly ask that you monitor your drinking levels appropriately.

Where should we park?
Answer
Parking spaces directly in front of the home are reserved for immediate family, grandparents, and vendors. All other guests are encouraged to park in the Quail Creek Golf and Country Club parking lot at 3501 Quail Creek Rd, OKC, OK 73120 which is just a 4 minute walk to the home.

Where should I enter the ceremony & reception space?
Answer
After parking and arriving at the home, please walk down the driveway. This will take you directly to the backyard. From there, please find a seat on the lawn for the ceremony. There will be signage directing you to the backyard.

Where are the restrooms?
Answer
There are 3 restrooms available to use inside the home. One is located next to the front door and the other two are located in the West wing of the home. There will be signage directing you to the nearest restroom.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
Answer
When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we've included on your invitation.
Question
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Because our guests will be coming from many different parts of OKC we are not providing a shuttle bus. We highly encourage guests who will be drinking alcohol at the wedding to take an Uber to and from the venue. We have a special Uber voucher code that you can use on the day of the wedding to get to the wedding and back home/to your hotel! Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer that will be capturing the ceremony and we do not want phones in the photos. We encourage you to take all of the photos and videos you would like during cocktail hour and the reception!
