Grace is my younger sister and best friend. She's been with me, supporting me, and making me laugh through the past 20 years. She was the first person to know that I met a cute teacher up in Valentine and who's approval of Marcus meant the most to me. Turns out, she was the first person that Marcus sought approval from before asking me to marry him. I'm blessed and excited to have her stand next to me in October!

Logan and I have been friends since freshmen year of college. As you may imagine, this led to the sharing of different fun adventures throughout our time there. Not sure why he agreed to be my best man, but I'm glad and grateful he'll be there.

Birgit is my older sister. She became a part of our family when we hosted her as a foreign exchange student 6 years ago. She's been really excited, supportive, and a little surprised on how quickly my relationship with Marcus progressed. Her words were, "Wow, you're so grown up" when finding out we were engaged. I feel extra blessed that she is willing to fly across the world to take part in our day!

Before even meeting, Steihl hated me, so that was a good start to our relationship. We played football together in college which forced him to learn to tolerate me. I must have done a good enough job convincing him I'm not crazy since he decided he'd be willing to stand with me at my wedding.

I met Addie the summer of 2008, right before we entered 7th grade. We clicked right off the bat and decided that we would be bffs, here we are 11 years later, still besties. Addie has been by my side, supporting me, encouraging me, being someone I could vent to, and she's been there to give me honest advice on the major milestones in my life. So obviously, I can't get married without her by my side!

Another teammate from college football. Chris is someone that will always have your back no matter what. Grateful to have him by my side both back while playing football and now.

Jordyn and I have been friends since elementary school, once she transferred to South Platte, we grew closer together. Going to different colleges caused us to go from seeing each other every day to only communicating through text. While it may have been challenging, it helped us grow even closer. She's our good luck charm (we started dating on her birthday)! I'm so happy to have her stand by my side!

Being my older brother, it would be cliche to say I looked up to him....so I won't say that. Instead, I'll just say I'm glad that at least one of my brothers was willing to stand by my side as I move on to this next part of my life.
