We met when Michele started working as a barista at Authentic Coffee Company. After the first meeting both of us where a little smitten. I thought Josh was sweet, and funny, and he thought that I was cute, and a little sassy. We were friends for almost a year before my coworker asked him out for me. Michele was too afraid to ask because she didn’t want to make things awkward, and Josh didn’t ask because he thought Michele wasn’t interested. After our first date we both knew that we had to get to know each other more. After a few months of dating, getting to know each other, and talking about the future we both decided that marriage was the goal.

Josh proposed to me at my Mom’s birthday party. They were visiting from Orlando, Fl, where they lived at that time. It was very important to me, having them in town the day he proposed, or close to the day he popped the question, to celebrate with us. After all the presents were opened he made the announcement that we had one more, and got down on one knee to ask me to be his bride.
