This event is semi-formal and outside; dress for the weather, but also for comfort!
Please join us for the ceremony at noon, followed by friends, food and fun. We are pleased to present to you a limited selection courtesy of Cafe Rumba, Bellingham's finest — and only — Peruvian restaurant. -Pollo Sandwich: rotisserie chicken, apple slaw, romaine lettuce, aji huacatay, salsa golf, shoestring potatoes - Peruano Sandwich: grilled yams, roasted tomato, mozzarella, avocado, aji huacatay, aji amarillo, shoestring potatoes - Papas Rumbas: roasted yellow potatoes, mozzarella, avocado, chimichurri, aji amarillo (choice of yams, spinach, chicken, or pulled pork topping)
