How Do I RSVP?

Answer

Once formal invitations have been sent out, you will be able to RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab or scanning the QR code inside the wedding invitation suite.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 17, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our venue and vendors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. To keep our wedding intimate, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our special day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we’re so excited to see our family and friends dressed up with us for the celebration! Formal attire is requested. We invite guests to wear elegant, elevated styles. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length dresses or dressy cocktail dresses, and men are encouraged to wear tailored suits or other polished formal attire. We kindly ask that guests avoid white, cream, or ivory, as well as denim.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the evening, please plan to arrive between 3:30 - 3:45 PM.

Where is the venue?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Equestria West at Bavaria Downs (3913 Bavaria Rd, Chaska, MN 55318). After turning off Bavaria Road, please follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for our names and the brown “Equestria West: Event Parking” sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests are welcome to use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs. Handicap-accessible parking spaces are also available for those who may need them. As you arrive, we recommend following the brown directional signage throughout the property to help guide you.

Will Transportation Be Provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation to and from the Marriott SW Minneapolis for guests staying there. Specific pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding. Parking is available at the venue, and cars may be left overnight. All vehicles must be picked up by 12:00 pm (noon) on Sunday.
