The RSVP deadline has passed and RSVP is closed. Any lack of response will be considered a decline.
It is important for the couple to determine the number of guests coming. If you don't fill out the RSVP on time, the couple will understand that you are not available to celebrate with them.
An RSVP is required for all guests. If you alert the couple of your change some time BEFORE the cut off date/time, then you may be able to be accommodated. However, if your RSVP is not received or is indicated as "no" AFTER the cut off date/time, the couple will understand that you are not available to celebrate with them.
If you cannot attend the ceremony, you cannot attend the reception.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend the wedding, please indicate NO when you RSVP so the couple can plan accordingly.
The ceremony and reception will be held in different areas of the same venue.
The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm in the Garden. It is HIGHLY recommended that guests arrive between 2:00-2:15pm to allow time to mingle and find a seat. If you are late, the wedding coordinator will let you know if/when there is an opportunity for you to be seated. If not, you will join the event after the ceremony has completed. Thank you for your understanding.
The ceremony is scheduled to be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, there is a contingency plan in place to hold the ceremony in an indoor location. The reception will be hosted indoors.
Right after the ceremony, a large group picture will be taken to capture all guests. Shortly following the ceremony but before the reception, there will be a Cocktail Hour available to entertain guests while the couple will be taking additional pictures.
The couple requests an unplugged ceremony. Being fully present during the ceremony is incredibly important to the couple. Professionals have been hired to capture every last moment of this long-awaited day. The couple will share footage as soon as it becomes available. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.
The weather in Toronto can be unpredictable at that time of year. However, it is hopeful that it will be a bright, sunny day as is typical for the Summer season. There is a contingency plan in place in the event of inclement weather.
