While not black tie, it is a formal affair. Suits n' dresses y'all! We fancy! FYI: The ceremony is on grass, so ladies should be careful in their choice of heel. Men, too, depending on how fancy you choose to be.
Yes! We appreciate your dedication to partying while still being a responsible parent. Normandy Farm suggests the following service if you would like to hire a babysitter: MBR Nanny mbrnannynetwork.com marissa@mbrnannynetwork.com 610.761.5202
If you take a left out of Normandy Farm and then a right on 202, you will come across a wide variety of restaurants, such as PJ Whelihan's, Harry's Blue Bell Taproom, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, El Sarape Mexican Cuisine, and more. We haven't eaten at any of them, but I'm sure there's something nearby that you will enjoy. Also close are the Blue Bell Inn and Panache, an Italian restaurant. There are also many places to check out in New Hope and Peddler's Village, if you want to keep your options open while taking a nice walk and doing some shopping. A small word of warning, Peddler's Village is having a Peach Festival that weekend, so it will probably be very busy.
The trip is about 45-50 minutes depending on traffic. So you can rent a car, especially if you have time to check out the sights and sounds of the greater Philly area. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are options for about $50-65, and we've heard that Supreme Limousine (484-375-3546) can give you a one-way ride in, you guessed it, a limousine for only $95.
