While well‑behaved middle‑aged children are welcome, we kindly ask that infants and small children be tended to in the upper lodge during the ceremony. We want every guest, including parents, to be able to relax, be present, and enjoy the moment with us. If you don’t feel confident that your child can remain quiet and respectful throughout the ceremony, we ask that you arrange childcare for the weekend so you can fully enjoy this time without stress or worry. Creating a distraction‑free environment allows the bridal party and all attending guests to share in a meaningful, uninterrupted experience as we exchange our vows. We appreciate your understanding and support as we make this day special for everyone.
This is a formal event with a formal dress code. We understand that you may not have a tuxedo or ball gown, but we do ask that you dress the best you can. The photographer better not catch you in jeans...
