What are your COVID contingency plans?

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ties are optional and Canadian Tuxedoes are discouraged.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us and have a date night! Everyone is welcome to our brunch the next morning!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

You can RSVP on this site (handy, right?) Please let us know your plans by August 20, 2021.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony begins at 5pm, so please arrive several minutes early. Don't be like Lisa and Steve, who once arrived at a ceremony just as it ended.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting (fingers crossed!), both are outdoors. Lisa picked this date since the weather is historically excellent.

Is transportation provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
Yes. Details still to come, but we'll make sure all of our guests travel safely while celebrating with us.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Hare Wine Co. has plenty of free parking for guests.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our wedding is strictly RSVP-only, and we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception are at the Hare Wine Co. One stop for all your party needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Kind of! Feel free to take and post photos during the dinner and reception, but kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Our only other request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag - whatever that may be - so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Have you reserved hotel blocks?
Answer
Yes. We have discounted blocks at The Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. You can book at either location by calling 1-877-660-8550 and referencing the Wedding Rate I.D. 10023582. We have also reserved a block at the Hilton Garden Inn on York Road. Book by August 15 using the code RMW21.
