The short answer is yes. Obviously we want our parents and family present and there are many who are in the high risk category. Please, regardless of your opinions and feelings about masks, please wear them when you are at the ceremony (on the trail) and when you are in line for food or if you are not seated at a table. For heavens sake, take them off then you're taking a selfie lol.
We will have hand sanitizer throughout the barn, we are asking guests to wear masks. We will ask that you please check your temperature prior to attending and to stay home if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath not related to another health condition, if you just feel sick or if you have a known or suspected exposure to someone with Covid-19.
We will not be able to provide alcohol, but there will be alcohol present. You are welcome to BYOB. We will have water and soda.
Dress for the August heat and a barn. We have arena dirt, that's where the reception is going to be set up. If you don't mind arena dirt between your toes, then go ahead and wear those flip flops (but stay away from the horses). I wouldn't recommend your Sunday best or high heels and would probably avoid white pants or dry clean only clothing. It is a barn!
We will be having a BBQ style buffet. Pulled Pork sandwiches, Veggie tray, baked beans, other sides. Please BYOB if you want to have alcohol. You are welcome to bring your coolers!
