Scoti MayoScoti Mayo

Maid of Honor

Scoti and I first met in Jacksonville in 2009, and from that moment, we just clicked. We started in the same friend group, and as life shifted and that group got smaller, she and I only got closer. Honestly, I can't imagine what I'd do without her now. It takes a lot of time in this world to find someone who truly matches your energy, someone you can completely be yourself with, and Scoti is that person for me. From late, FUN nights in Jacksonville to even being pregnant at the same time, we've always been there for each other. As the line from The Adventures of Milo and Otis says " As if they knew how much they would need each other, Milo and Otis became best friends. " And that's exactly how I feel about us.

Lana MichealsLana Micheals

Matron of Honor

Lana came into my life back in 2014ish, and from that moment, we bonded over our shared love of cooking. It was clear she was more than just a friend; she quickly became family. Lana is that rare kind of person whose kindness knows no bounds for those she holds close. She has this incredible ability to make you feel supported and understood, no matter what you are going through. She is always one of the first people I call if I need to talk, one of the first to tell big news, and every time she celebrates or supports me. Over the years, at my big turning points, she has always been there. How lucky I am to have a friend who's truly become a sister in my life.

Jessica SmithJessica Smith

Bridesmaid

Jessica is my younger cousin. There's always been a little age gap between us, but that never stopped us from being close. In fact, I used to babysit her when she was little; she was like my little baby doll I played dress up with. Even though life and family dynamics meant she wasn't always around during her teenage years, we found ways to stay connected. I'd see her pop by the mall with her friends when I was working, and as we both grew older, we ended up blending into the same circles and becoming closer than ever. Now, she's not just family, she is one of my best friends. We chat on the phone multiple times a week, just catching up and sharing life's little moments. I love her dearly, and having her stand with me on this special day means more than I can say.

Jacie WilliamsJacie Williams

Bridesmaid

Jacie has been a part of my life for what seems like forever. She is my longest-running friend out of the bridesmaids. We first met when I gave her her very first job back in 2005 or maybe 2006 at the Body Shop in the mall. From there, our friendship just took off. I might have been responsible for a few of the wild adventures she had that year but looking back, we had the time of our lives. Jacie's free spirit and infectious laugh, and her genuine joy for things in life have always been a bright spot in my life. We even ended up pregnant at the same time with both of our first children! I truly cherish how long we've been friends and how we've continued to grow together.

Jessica FutralJessica Futral

Bridesmaid

Jessica, or as I lovingly call her, my "crossfit wifey" came into my life back in 2013 when I started working out at Stoked CrossFit. We bonded quickly over the shared adventures of motherhood. She had twins a year after I had Caden, and the connection of figuring out mom life and fitness together just clicked. Jessica is like a Swiss Army knife you always want in your corner; she can truly do it all, and her heart is as big as her skill set. Our kids have become best friends, which is something I will always cherish. We always have an absolute blast together, laughing, dancing, having fun, and just enjoying life. I am so excited she gets to be beside me on my big day!
