We had an instant attraction and when we had our first date, we both new our lives were about to change for the better. He's been with me through so many trials and has always been the comfort and support I need. He still leaves me love notes that melt my heart almost daily. There is not a day that goes by that he doesn't tell me he loves me and how proud he is of me. I am so happy to have found my soul mate, a step-father to my children, and my better half. Avery is a ray of sunshine . With one little smile, she melts your heart. She has a love for all animals and is always the first to be friends with those that seem to be excluded or have a hard time making friends. She is completely pure of heart and we love her so much!

Ella, our beautiful Ella has such a creative mind and a passion for caring for all animals. She is easily distracted by any creature, flower, rock, and many other things involving our Mother Earth. She has such a big heart and her vulnerability constantly amazes us. Life wouldn't be the same without this blue eyed babe!

Carter, the youngest of the bunch. Carter consistently amazes us with his talent and his knowledge. He loves all things musical whether it be playing the piano or rocking out to Guitar Hero on the Wii. He is daddy's little helper, especially when it comes to yard work! He loves all of our dogs and consistently gives them the attention that they need! We sure love our Carter boy!

The glue to Lisa's family and the Father of the Bride. Brent is an amazing father who has stuck though all of our trials in life and has continued to love all of us unconditionally. He doesn't judge the choices we make in life, but looks for a way to always support us. He is a grill master, and holiday pleaser. He always makes our family events memorable and has opened his arms to his step-grandchildren with open arms.

Pamela Hardy April 11th 1955 to October 30th 2009 Sister Casey's tribute to our mom. Sometimes it's a baby's hysterical laughter, a sweaty hand in mine, or peanut butter toast. Sometimes it's blue lacy curtains, or the smell of a fabric store. Sometimes it's the taste of pink bubble gum, the smell of chapstick, the heat of the sun through a car window, and Reba or Cher on the radio. Sometimes it's a nap with my back pressed up alongside another's back. Sometimes it's not being able to sleep without the fan on, and the sound and smell and heat of dinner cooking with America’s Funniest Videos playing in the background. Sometimes it's a whisper behind me, sometimes a loud laugh in a crowd, sometimes it's a whiff of your perfume. Sometimes it's nothing at all. But almost always. It's you.
