Question

Who can I contact if I have questions?

Answer

If you have any questions leading up to the big day, feel free to reach out to our wonderful wedding planner, Alyssandra Torres-Wu, at atweventplanning@gmail.com or by text at (408) 726-3146. On the day of the wedding, our fantastic day-of coordinator, Darlene Forbes, will be your best point of contact. She can be reached at djfnapa@comcast.net or by phone at (707) 738-7535.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep the celebration an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family children. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal We kindly request elegant celebration attire—polished and refined, yet comfortable. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or blazers are perfect for the occasion. We encourage neutral colors and please do not wear black as we celebrate our special day.

Question

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

There will be a designated pasture area for guest parking, with space for up to 75 vehicles. Please note that shuttles will not be provided and there is no public transit nearby, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool or arrange for ride shares (such as Uber or Lyft) to and from the venue.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We are expecting sunny skies throughout our Memorial Day weekend celebration. Since the ceremony will be held outdoors, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and bringing layers for the cooler evening reception. Please consider bringing sunglasses and sunscreen as well.

Question

Any safety rules we need to be aware of?

Answer

Yes. For everyone’s safety, the venue requires that all children attending the wedding be supervised by an adult at all times. The property includes natural features such as a pond, an unfenced creek, electric fencing, and other potentially hazardous conditions. Please also note that the venue is located on a working cattle ranch. Guests are asked to remain only within the designated wedding areas, including the Redwood Grove, Bar, Event Barn, and the surrounding outdoor spaces. Areas outside of these locations are off-limits. As a working ranch, Stemple Creek Ranch cannot control elements such as the location of grazing animals, flies, odors, weather, or noise. For your safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you stay within the designated areas at all times.

Question

Can we bring our own liquor to the wedding?

Answer

For the comfort and safety of all guests, outside alcohol is not permitted at the event, and the venue does not allow shots on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
