Question

What's a Darty? Was that a typo?

Answer

No because Day + Party = Darty. You could argue that a night party would have to be called a Narty now but I'm sorry, that just won't work. We darty in the day and we party at night and that's that because the world is confusing and we darty on regardless <3

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

You should have RSVP'd by now! If you need to make any changes, make sure to reach out to us directly as well so that we can make sure we see it/we can make sure that we can! There are deadlines to things, people!

Question

What dates should I book travel for?

Answer

If you want to attend all of the events (see Schedule page for details), arrive on 4 February 2025 through 9 February 2025 (+ days if you want to do anything else before or after. And if you want to join some post wedding activities, inquire within.)

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

For the ceremony, sure! But the reception will likely feel like an adults-only zone after dinner (9pm) and we want you to stay for the whole thing! We have child care options including a littles party at the hotel block with a trusted child care professional — call us to talk about it more!

Question

There’s nothing scheduled for Thursday, what should I do?

Answer

Keep checking the Travel page where we will add some of our favorite spots for eating, drinking, shopping, seeing, and learning. If you want recommendations, ask us before February :)

Question

Will I need a passport?

Answer

If you’re coming from the US, you will need a passport.

Question

How should I get from the airport to the hotel/airbnb?

Answer

Use Uber! (Lyft doesn’t exist). If that´s not allowed, use the authorized taxi stand when you leave the airport.

Question

I don’t speak Spanish, will I be ok?

Answer

Yeah! Google translate is your friend and practice these phrases before you come: Buenos días - good morning | Buenas tardes - good afternoon | me puede dar ____ - can you bring me ____ (ordering at a restaurant) | por favor - please | gracias - thank you | no entiendo - I don't understand.

Question

Where can I get my nails done?

Answer

At home before you come! Nail appointments in CDMX take a long time that you likely won't want to spend on your short trip! But if in a pinch, go to Kiki Nail Bar.
