Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No - if you don't have a way to get there, let us try to help you with carpooling. Uber and Lyft are not a thing on Kauai, but it could be set up in advance. Be sure to have a designated driver, as the drive out/home will be quite dark!
