We met through an online dating app over 3 years ago. There was a strong connection from our first meet. I guess when they say when you meet the one, you will know. That did happen. We fell in love quick, but quickly realized we were not ready to settle down because we both had baggage. We were previously in long term relationships/marriage that we still needed healing from. So we decided to break up with the hopes that when we were ready, we will come together again. Making our long story short. A year and half ago, we met up again at a random gas station and it sparked something again. A month later, Radames reached out with a new phone number and texted me, for my son Justin to work with him. Two months later, Radames texted me to thank me for entrusting him with my son and this gave me a warm feeling. About a month later, Justin picked me up and told me how great Radames was with him, etc. That warm feeling came over me again. That following day at work, I came across a voice message Radames left when we broke up. It stated, that one day when I am serious about getting into a relationship to reach out and if he was available, we can do dinner to see where it goes. My heart started racing. I discussed this with my bestfriend and she said 'well what if he is the one for you?' At this point, there were so many flags to call him, I knew it was time. So I reached out, after bantering back and forth like we do, we had dinner, great conversation and even closed the restaurant down. Needless to say we have been inseparable ever since. :) Lisa
