Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with cocktail hour to follow! This will be followed by an indoor reception so bring your dancing feet!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 6pm, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled and enjoy the music before the proceedings.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our website and fill out the online form. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Lisa (830) 556-2227 or Nick (830) 556-9718.

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?

Answer

No, let the bride have her day.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly.

Do you have a hotel block for guest?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at The Bevy. For more information, please see the "Travel" tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.

Can I take a centerpiece home?

Answer

No, all centerpieces should remain on the tables because they are rentals and will get picked up by a vendor at the end of the night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

No. FYSA, The menu items will be the following: brisket, chicken, roasted red potatoes, baked beans, mac and cheese, and a roll.

Are pets welcomed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy a night out!

Is there a card box for guest to leave cards and well wishes?

Answer

Yes, we will have a card box.
