How do I make reservations at Icona Avalon Resort?

Answer

Your wedding block is all set and ready to receive reservations! Your guests may call our front desk at 609-368-5155; we have someone on staff 24/7. Your guests can also book online! We do recommend having your guests book by using their laptop, desktop, or tablet. For your guests to book online, they need to go to a special link. They are unable to go to our main website to book your discounted rate. Here is the link: http://bookings.ihotelier.com/bookings.jsp?groupID=3434804&hotelID=102226 There is no special code needed, as the only rates available on this link are your block rates.

Does Icona Avalon offer discounted rate?

Answer

Below are the rates and room types available for your block. These are the rates before taxes and fees. These rates reflect a 10% discount. Room Type Fri. 9/23/22 Sat. 09/24/22 Classic Queen $499 $499 Classic King Studio $509 $509 There is a two-night minimum at this time of year. Check-in time is 3pm, while check out time is 10am. Our housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job of keeping up our standard, which does take time. If there is a request for an early check-in, we will do our best to honor it.

What is cancelation policy at Icona Avalon?

Answer

Our normal deposit and cancellation processes do apply to all discounted reservations. We do ask for a 100% deposit when your guests book their own reservations. Our cancellation process allows guests to let us know 30 days before the arrival date, so it is just a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation done within those 30 days does end up being a forfeit of 50% of the stay
