Shuttles depart the Holiday Inn at 3:30 PM and return from the venue to the Holiday Inn from 9 PM to 12 AM, every 45 minutes.
Both hotel blocks are a good option! The hotels are less than a 5 min drive / 10 min walk from one another. Transportation provided to the wedding will be accessible from either hotel block. The Welcome Event on the night before the wedding will be hosted at the Holiday Inn.
Yes! There is ample parking that is free for all guests. You may leave your car overnight if needed, but keep in mind that Uber/Lyft in the area may be limited. For this reason, we will be providing transportation from our preferred hotels for all guests.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We are hoping for sunshine, as parts of our wedding may be outside and uncovered. July in suburban Chicago can be warm, so please dress accordingly. The reception will be in a climate-controlled (air-conditioned) space.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No” so we can plan accordingly.
Our ceremony will start promptly on time. We recommend that you arrive at least a half-hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. Please allow at least 20 minutes to get from the parking area to your seats for the ceremony.
No. Breakfast can be added at the Holiday Inn for $10/person and there are several local options within a 5-10 minute drive of the hotels. Additionally, Sunday breakfast/brunch will be hosted at the home of the bride's parents.
