Matthew and I met, nearly 12 years ago. As fate should have it - we met & several years down the road - we were reunited and got our chance at our own Love Story! I used to 'run' Matt's job sites...though if you ask him - he might disagree. We're not a traditional love story...we're not a fairytale story either (unless there's one with a princess and asbestos)! HA We met all those years ago. We were both in relationships, and built a friendship instead. Good conversations and support! Above all things - we've always wished the best for each other. Over the years together working - and having our own lives in different locations and states at times - we always stay connected - randomly reaching out and checking-in on each other. We have very different stories leading up to our reunion - but fate brought us back together. From a three-hour drive down to Blue Island Beer Company to see me sing (just made it for the last song <3) - up to our life today - we've spent very little time a part from one another. I guess you can say we're quite fond of one another. ;-) We compliment each other's strengths and supplement where there are weaknesses. We're both Virgos though, so we definitely keep things interesting all the time. HAHA To our friendship built in asbestos containment, to navigating life with our kiddos and dog through a quarantine - our love for each other and for God has been the thing that carries us through! Who knows what the future has in store for us - but I am willing to bet on us - ALWAYS! Can't wait to celebrate our story and our future together with you!! XO
