Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00pm onward for the 4:30pm ceremony. The reception will follow at 5:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you chose to drive to the ceremony/reception, there is parking. If you have a few too many and are unable to drive, please feel free to leave your car overnight at the venue and join us on the shuttle.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

There will be a shuttles provided to and from the Hampton Inn in Albany. The shuttles (school buses) will be arriving in front of the Hampton Inn at 3PM and will be departing to Pat’s Barn by 3:45PM sharp for a 4PM arrival. After the reception there will be two shuttles at 9:45PM and 10PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone there, we do not have the space to accommodate, and therefore will be a child-free event.
