This is where the bride & groom and our immediate families will be staying. We currently have a block of 40 rooms reserved for Friday night, October 22, and a block of 50 rooms for Saturday night, October 23, 2021. You have the option of booking one night OR both nights. Shuttle

Shuttle Service to/from hotels/The Barns

October 23, 2021 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

A shuttle will be provided for guests staying in any of the 3 hotels listed on our site: Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, and Hilton Garden Inn (all in Wallingford, CT approximately 15 minutes from reception venue in Middletown, CT). **The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. Guests are welcome to arrive at the Barns beginning at 3:30pm, and are encouraged to arrive before the start of the ceremony. **Shuttle service will be continually available throughout the evening in the event anyone would like to leave early, or needs to go back to the hotel and return again. **The reception ends at 10:00pm. All are invited to continue the party at the Courtyard Marriott, if you so choose. A cash bar will be available until 1:00am at the Courtyard.
