As we are Hip & Savvy young people we are going digital! All the information will be available on the website and updated as the planning progresses. Please check back as we get closer to the date for all the information! For those who like having a printed copy on the Fridge, you can Print the Digital Invite right here from the website!

Dress Code?

Answer

Garden Party is the theme so please dress in your best Garden Party Formal Wear. As a couple of thrill seekers we have planned this for event in Calgary, in the Spring, keep this in mind when picking your best wears and maybe bring a light jacket for our outside ceremony. This is an outside ceremony, in a provincial park so Ladies keep in mind shoes - we suggest a block heel if that's your style! Gents, if required we suggest flats or a nice wedge!

What happens if it rains!?

It's Calgary, in Spring - we have a backup plan! Light Rain - The ceremony will remain outside, so please bring an umbrella if needed. Heavy Rain or Worse - The ceremony will move to the Pavilion.

What's to eat?

Answer

We’re excited to get straight to the party, so we won’t be having a formal sit-down dinner. Instead, we’ve planned an evening full of food with a selection of our favourite canapés, a loaded nacho and potato bar served throughout the night, and grazing tables to keep you energized on the dance floor—so please come ready to enjoy, there will be plenty to eat! We’ve included vegan, celiac, and lactose-free options, all clearly labelled so everyone can enjoy safely. Parents: A plated kids’ meal (chicken tenders and fries) will be served at 6:00 PM. For those under 12.

Each guest will enjoy three drinks on us! After that, a cash bar (takes card only) will be available for the remainder of the evening.

This Garden Party is Cocktail Style so we will have seating around the Pavilion but there won't be assigned seats or tables!

What are we wearing?

Answer

We’ve kept things classic with a romantic, garden-inspired palette. The bride will be in white, while the groom will be in a rich forest green. Our bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy, and the groomsmen (and grooms‑lady!) will be in black. If you’re planning your outfit, feel free to keep these tones in mind—but most importantly, wear something you feel great in and that fits our garden party vibe!
