How do we RSVP?

What hotel should we book if we want to stay overnight?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Kenilworth Hotel down the street from the venue. Please call 908-241-4100 and mention the DeGironimo/Sloan wedding to reserve a room at a discounted rate. Be sure to reserve your room by October 7th to receive the discount.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes, we are planning an outdoor ceremony. However, if there is inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Will the ceremony be "Unplugged"?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials and hope that you can enjoy this special moment with us phone/camera-free. We're happy to share photos of the ceremony from our photographer. Photos during the reception are encouraged!

What should I wear?

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses and dark jackets and slacks are appropriate.

Are children invited?

Respectfully, we request children not attend with the exception of those in the wedding party.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We thank you for thinking of us as we start our lives together! We are currently working on filling our gift registry which will be available here on our website shortly. In addition to physical gifts, we welcome monetary gifts that we plan on using towards purchasing a house together and furniture to turn our future house into a home.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

While we'd love to celebrate with you, we understand that circumstances may prevent you from coming to our wedding. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you won't be able to attend, even if that's after you've already RSVP'ed yes.

How far is the hotel from the venue?

Answer

The Kenilworth Hotel is 0.6 miles from Galloping Hill Golf Course.

Will there be transportation to/from the hotel and venue?

Answer

We recommend using Uber or Lyft for rides to/from the venue. We encourage couples and guests to share rides.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, valet parking (and self park) are available. If for any reason you need to leave your car in the parking lot overnight, please be sure to call the Union County Dispatch (908-654-9801) and let them know, to avoid receiving a ticket. You will need to provide the make, model, color and license plate of your car.

When can we check in to the hotel?

Answer

Check in starts at 3:00 pm, rooms are not guaranteed to be available before 3pm. Please note, we are still asking guests to arrive at the venue at 3pm for our ceremony.
