MIA is the easiest for domestic and international flights and is an 11-mile car ride from the hotel.

Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, is another airport. It is about 29 miles from South Beach. We don't suggest flying through Fort Lauderdale unless tickets are significantly cheaper.
