What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier you can RSVP the better! However, we understand that life happens, so we are taking RSVP's until April 15, 2026.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! Please note that only those named on the invitation are able to attend. If you have any questions please reach out to Lisa or Eric.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Will there be child care provided?

Answer

RiuLand is the perfect place for the little ones to make the most of their vacation. Their kids' club offers daily daytime entertainment, divided into two age groups: 4 to 7 years old and 8 to 12 years old.

Who do I contact regarding hotel and travel?

Our wonderful travel advisor Taylor Eicher will be available to assist you with all hotel and flight inquiries.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved hotel blocks for our wedding guests. You will find our booking portal until the "Travel" section of our website! If you have any additional questions please reach out to Taylor our travel advisor.

When should we reserve our rooms?

Answer

To ensure you are receiving the discounted rate we advise you secure your room as soon as possible. Rooms must be booked March 1st to guarantee a room in our block.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive to the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of time.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on the beautiful sandy beach located right on the hotel property. The reception will be indoors.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Beach Formal: Come in your best Summer Time Fine Attire! Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, colored suits, flowy dresses, vivid colors, and floral prints. Contact us for any questions

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail event in between the ceremony and reception.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

There will be an assortment of food catering to all dietary restrictions and allergies. Please be sure to provide this information when submitting your RSVP.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

While we do not want to take up too much of your vacation, we are working with Taylor to plan one or two group excursions during our stay! Feel free to make the most of your time and explore all that Punta Cana has to offer.
