When is the big day?

Our wedding celebration is on 9/19/2026. Guests are invited to arrive between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. The official celebration kicks off promptly at 5:15 PM. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes! (You'll need them later)

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes! Valet parking is provided by the Oviatt, so you can arrive stress-free and let the pros handle your car. Just pull up to the front of the venue and enjoy the celebration! Valet is open 30 minutes before event start time and 30 minutes after the end.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress code: Upscale Cocktail/ Semi-Formal, folks! Leave the jeans, khakis, sneakers, and sandals at home. This is your chance to dust off those fancy outfits and really show up for the ‘wow’ factor. Check out some examples here: https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained

Can I bring a plus-one?

Please check your invitation. If it says “+1”, you’re welcome to bring a guest. Otherwise, the invitation is for the named guest only.

Do I need to RSVP?

Pretty please. RSVP by 7/27/2026. It helps us feed, seat, and make sure everyone has a fantastic time.

Are kids allowed?

Tiny humans under 3? Bring ’em along to join the celebration! Just a heads‑up: They won’t have a seat or a meal, so parents, plan accordingly. As much as we love all your kids, space says otherwise. Children 3 and up are invited only from our immediate families. Thanks for understanding (and forgiving us!)

Can I smoke / vape?

We’re already on cloud nine so no extra smoke or vapor needed. Please keep our big day smoke‑ and vape‑free. Thanks for being cool about it.

Can I bring my own food/ drinks/ alcoholic bevvies?
Answer
Tempting… but no. Please leave your own food and booze at home. We’ve got you covered with delicious bites and libations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Whether you’re staying the night or turning it into a full weekend getaway, we’ve set up a contracted room block at the charming Hilton Checkers. It’s central, easy, and perfectly placed for getting to the celebration with zero stress and getting back to bed with even less effort. Please book your reservations by 8/8/2026. (pssssssttt, if we are more popular than we think and the booking is full, let us know and we can add rooms as long as they are available.)
