November 4th-7th We blocked out rooms so make sure you use the group name and group code! Reservations must be made through our Reservations Department or through the provided online web link by Sunday, October 5, 2025. To avoid a $15 call center processing fee, please instruct your group to use the web link when possible. NOTE: Website defaults to first day of arrival; guests will need to choose their check-in and check-out dates. When you first open the group website it always defaults to one night. Please EDIT the dates, select your arrival and departure dates and click UPDATE. To book a reservation on PC (very similar on mobile), please: • Click on the group website link • Click the edit button • Click the Check In – Check out Box • When the calendar pops up, click the first night to deselect the calendar • Click on your arrival date and then click on your departure date • Click update • Then choose the room type you want to book by either clicking book now, or the View Total Price and then book now
