How do I save 5% off of room rates at Ocean Coral and Turquesa resort in Cancun?

Log into the website www.h10hotels.com Scroll down until you see "club H10 the place to belong" and click on the blue link to "Discover club H10".... then click on ""I want to join" Fill out the form to join the membership and you get 5% off rates when you book your room when you login using your membership #

Are there additional discounts beyond the 5% membership discount?
Answer
Yes there are sometimes additional promotions that allow between 20% and 30% discount on rates depending on the time of the year and when they run the promotions, so keep your eye on the hotel website for additional discounts using a promo code. Our wedding website has a link that will give a 20% discount if you book using that link but again keep an eye on the website cause sometimes you might be able to find a 30% discount. The hotels promo rates are in addition to the 5% discount for using the membership number.

How do we get to and from the airport and the hotel resort?
Answer
Currently, if you book a room for three nights or more, the transfers to and from the airport are included in the reservation. If you are not staying three nights or more, you would have to book your own transportation to and from the airport, we generally use a company called USA transfers when we have to pay for our own transfers and they are generally about $115 round trip. Ocean coral and Turquesa is an all-inclusive (food and drinks are included) family resort and is quite large, the resort has multiple pools that include a kids pool with waterpark, an all ages pool with a swim up bar, another all ages pool, and an adult only pool. There are numerous restaurants to choose from and other restaurants that serve desserts and coffee as well as a 50s style restaurant called Route 66 that serves food past 10 PM. The resort sits on a very nice beach that also has options for kayaking. There is a family bowling alley And family entertainment area as well as spa services.

What are the dates that we (Lisa and Chris) are booked at the resort?
Answer
We are booked to Arrive on Wednesday October 7th and leaving home Monday October 12. The ceremony will be Friday October 9th at 4pm and reception afterwards

We are considering an excursion to the Mayan Ruins and visiting a Cenote (natural swimming hole that are sometimes inside caves)

If you are interested in doing this excursion, make sure to answer the questions when you RSVP, there are a few questions to answer. The trip is usually about 6 hours during the day and the company will pick us up and return us to the resort
