Let's Celebrate!!

It started back in 2010, when Lisa saw Brennan at a basement high school party. She thought he was cute and later found his number on Facebook to make the first move. Who would have thought that a 3 letter text would set into motion a lifetime of adventure? She said, "Hey". He responded, "Who is this?" The next 10 years brought college in Champaign, work in Chicago, countless travel adventures, and a cross country move to Oregon. They are so excited to return to Chicago to celebrate their marriage!

After nearly 3 months in quarantine, Lisa and Brennan needed a change of scenery.  The first day the Oregon coast reopened, they hit the road from Portland along with all the necessities for a socially distanced trip: beer, lots of cheese, and a french-press.  Little did Lisa know, Brennan had also packed the ring and hidden a bottle of champagne with the spare tire.  The day was filled with hiking in Tillamook State Forest and beach walks in Oceanside. At sunset, the two traversed the rocky shore at high tide and settled in by a beach waterfall.  Brennan encouraged them to take a walk closer to the water and proposed (after a brief interruption from a foot-soaking wave). She said “YES!” and they popped some bubbly. It was perfect! 

Lisa & Brennan got married on a perfect day on the side of Mt. Hood in Oregon. In front of immediate family they promised to love, honor, and cherish each other, in all times, in all places, and in all ways, forever. After the mountain side ceremony, everyone took an alpine slide down to the reception tent where they danced the night away. In the true spirit of bringing two families together as one, the Feldmans and the Drews spent the rest of the weekend together in one house laughing, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying some of Lisa & Brennan's favorite Oregon pinot noirs and craft beers. They cannot wait to keep the party going with everyone this summer in Chicago!
