What's the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal, but really whatever you are comfortable in. Ties are not required for men! We do HIGHLY recommend block/wedge heels or flats for shoes as we will be outside on dirt and pea gravel. That Arizona weather can be unpredictable, however it will likely be in the mid/upper 80's during the ceremony and will likely drop to the mid 70's in the evening.

When should I arrive?

Our ceremony is set to begin at 5pm. We do ask that everyone arrives NO EARLIER than 4:30pm as we will be taking our portraits and family photos on-site prior to the ceremony. If you arrive prior to this you will be requested to stay in your vehicle.

Is everything in one location?

Answer

We're in a one-stop shop indoor/outdoor venue - so no moving more than a few hundred yards all night! Our ceremony space is fully outdoors without shade (we promise to keep it quick!). Cocktail hour will be outside under a covered patio and the reception will be held inside of the barn.

What's the best way to and from the venue?

Answer

We do highly recommend Uber/Lyft for just ease of the night. Arizona is a ZERO tolerance state, which means any alcohol in your system can be cause for arrest. If you are planning to Uber plan to look into calling one a little earlier as sometimes they are not super plentiful around our hotel area.

Can I park overnight at the venue?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet onsite at the venue and you are permitted to leave a car there overnight if needed. If you plan to do so please let valet know at end of evening and they will return your key to you! All vehicles MUST be picked up by 11 am on Sunday.
