Ceremony Area

Answer

We are planning on the ceremony to be outside. We will have everyone make a wide half circle in the grassy area near the ceremony area leaving a space for the wedding party to walk up the center. Plan on standing for the ceremony around 30 minutes. Please do not stand in front of alter set up or fire pit… we will have markers for where to start and not to cross.

Dress code?

Answer

This is a Black color wedding… so black attire is preferred. Please Do not wear purple. No T-shirts, sweat pants, or hoodies. No ripped/ torn or stained jeans, and no mini skirts/ mini dresses. This is a classy affair! Thank you!

Children allowed to attend?

Answer

We are stipulating no one under 18 for our wedding this includes ceremony and reception. While we adore children and respect those that have little ones we will not be opening our wedding to those under 18.

Smoking allowed?

Answer

Outside area only… no tobacco products, vapes or e-cigarettes of any type is permitted inside the facility

Cell phones/ and pictures from phones

Answer

We all love using our phones for pictures and videos and of course need to have them in case we need to be contacted. Please have your phones silenced during the ceremony and please try to keep the time they are out at a minimum so they are not in wedding photos. Thank you. Now that being said there will be a QR code at the reception you can scan and use your phone to take photos that will be automatically uploaded to a wedding album!!!!

Alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice to the reception for toast/speeches…..for legality reasons we will not be providing alcohol for the guests. If you do partake please remember to be responsible and have travel arrangements. Please do not take the alcohol outside.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 6:30pm feel free to arrive as early as 6:10 but no earlier. As we will be getting ready and need privacy.

Answer

We do have a small registry at Wal-Mart, But our main thing is in here and it is our adventure fund for our honeymoon planned for 2027 at Universal! Please see registry page!!!

Treasure chest?

Answer

There will be a little treasure chest set up, keys with tags attached so you can write well wishes or a message to the bride and groom. When finished place your key and tag in the treasure chest!
