When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to hear from you by October 1, 2025! Please RSVP through our wedding website to let us know you’ll be joining the celebration. If you run into any issues with the RSVP form or have questions, just reach out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:30 PM so you can find your seat and settle in before the fun begins. Please keep in mind that Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Clocks will move back one hour that morning so be sure to double check the time before you head out. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you’ll be asked to wait until the bridal party and bride have completed their entrance before being seated to ensure the moment is uninterrupted for everyone.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi-Formal Attire. We invite you to dress in your finest: suits and cocktail dresses are ideal, with tuxedos and evening gowns also welcome.

We’d love to welcome everyone, but space is limited. Please peek at your invitation to see if you have a guest spot or kiddos included. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Livermore at a special discounted rate for our guests. Booking details can be found on our Travel & Accommodations page. You’ll also find a list of other nearby hotels if you’d like additional options for your stay, along with airport recommendations at the bottom of the page to help with travel planning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want every guest to enjoy the celebration safely and deliciously. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll work with our venue to accommodate your needs. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out so we can make sure you’re taken care of.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the Palm Event Center and surrounding Rubino Family Winery. All parking is free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For your convenience, transportation will be provided from the Courtyard by Marriott Livermore for guests staying within the wedding room block. Two scheduled trips will be available for both departures and returns, with full details provided at hotel check-in.
