Lisa and Jeisler met in the summer of 2019 in a bowling alley! Lisa saw Jeisler bowling, and rather than comment on his bowling skills, she complimented his shoes. And as they say, the rest was history. While it would be extremely cute, it is not the real story. Lisa and Jeisler met each other through the dating app, Hinge. Through an exchange of casual conversations, their first date was planned shortly after. Their first date took place in a boba shop in Koreatown and led to a lengthy conversation about each other. The boba date shifted itself to a long walk through Koreatown, where the conversation continued on for an extended amount of time. The walk circled back and returned to the boba shop. As the goodbyes were beginning, Lisa was quick to offer her phone number to Jeisler's surprise. Once the numbers were exchanged, a series of dates followed which nurtured a wonderful relationship. Through each date, each conversation, each trip, each taco shared, each ice cream, and every boba shared their relationship grew into a love and partnership. From their first date to surviving a pandemic, and eventually creating a home together, Lisa and Jeisler have always found comfort in each other's presence while supporting each other's independence. Which leads to 2026, where they take the next step in their journey together.
