We're so excited to celebrate with you!

We met when we worked at Food Lion. Dennis was already working there when I had started. At first I didn't even notice him, but he tells me all the time he noticed me. One day I went to the break room to take my lunch and there he was talking with his friend Macho. Him and Macho was looking at my drawing book I had left out on the break room table. They were asking me questions about my art work. Dennis was mainly just asking me questions about my life and how old I was. I told him I was 30yrs old and I have 4 children. I even asked him some questions because I did think he was sexy. I thought he was in his 20's, but when he told me he was 17, I was shocked. So he kept trying to get my Snapchat and my number but I wouldn't give him nothing because of his age. By August 8, 2018, I finally gave him both my Snap and number. When we started to talk, I'm not going to lie, I was nervous because of the age difference. But as time went by and we got to know one another more and more, it didn't matter about the age difference. I started falling in love with him but didn't want to let him know because we both said from the beginning it wasn't going to be a serious relationship. On December 1, 2018 is when we made it official. I am the luckiest woman to find a great man who not only loves me but loves our children. He stepped up and took on father roll so amazing. He is the best man a woman can ever ask for. I can't wait to marry this man. Dennis and I appreciate all the love from family and friends and we can't wait to celebrate this day with all our love ones.

One night we were laying in bed just relaxing and I felt Dennis staring at me. He was holding his high school ring in his hand. I had asked him why his ring wasn't on his finger, but he just looked at me with this serious look on his face and just stared for a minute. I asked him what was on his mind and that is when he sat up and looked at me and started telling me how much he loved me and how he couldn't see his life with out me and our kids. I was just staring at him and let him finish speaking. He kept telling me how he appreciates everything I do for him and our kids, and how he doesn't know what he would do without me in his life. I told him I felt the exact same way about him. Him and our kids are my everything. When he was done talking, he looked down at his high school ring and held it up to me and said "I wish I had a better ring to do this with, but Lisa Marie Rivera will you marry Me?" At first I asked him if he was sure because we haven't been together a year and he said that didn't matter because he knew what he wanted and he knew where his heart belonged. When he said that my heart melted, and I looked at him with tears in my eyes and I said YES! To me it didn't matter about the ring because him proposing with his high school ring was perfect. Since then he has gotten me the most beautiful ring. We can not wait to celebrate our special day with all of our loved ones!
