FAQs

Feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions!
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating!

Question

Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors on the lawn (weather permitting), allowing everyone to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Please wear grass friendly footwear and bring a jacket if needed. The reception will follow indoors in the hotel's ballroom, where we'll celebrate the rest of the evening together.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We recognize that childcare and travel can be different for every family. If bringing your children is the best option for your family, they are more than welcome to join us. We look forward to celebrating together!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal. Think cocktail dresses, midi, ankle-length, or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits. Feel free to embrace the season with fall colors, rich textures, and florals. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the lawn, we recommend choosing footwear that will be comfortable on grass.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site at The Nonantum.

Question

Who is included in my invitation?

Answer

Invitations were addressed to individuals, couples, or families. If your invitation includes your partner, they are invited. If it was addressed to your family, all members of your family are welcome to attend. Please RSVP for those included on your invitation.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Welcome Drinks: All guests who are in town are welcome to join us after our rehearsal dinner at The Front Porch, in Ogunquit. We will be heading upstairs to their piano bar around 7pm. Post Wedding Brunch: On Saturday morning we will have a room reserved at the Nonantum for a farewell brunch. All are welcome!
