We encourage you to plan to stay in or near Beacon, NY. We’d secured a couple room blocks in the surrounding area, but you are welcome to stay anywhere you like. Keep in mind that wedding day shuttle pick ups and drop offs will occur at the Hampton Inn Newburgh and The Roundhouse Hotel in Beacon.

Ways to get to the gorgeous Hudson Valley!

We are so grateful that you are making the trip to the Hudson Valley to celebrate with us! You can come by by car, train or plane (or a combination). Here's some info to help you get started as you think through your travel plans! Closest Airports Stewart International: 15 minutes (7.5 miles) / warning: this airport has limited options! LaGuardia: ~1.5 hours (60 miles) Estimated Drive Times NYC: ~1.5 hours Philly: ~2.5 hours DC: ~4.5 hours Train from NYC From Grand Central Station, you can take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line into Beacon (~1.5 hours)

We have arranged a round trip shuttle service for Sunday. Guests may plan to be picked up and dropped off at either the Hampton Inn Newburgh or The Roundhouse Hotel in Beacon. Here are the details: 2:45pm bus picks up guests at Roundhouse 3:12pm bus picks up guests at Hampton Inn 3:39pm bus picks up guests at Cromwell 4:00pm Drop at Brotherhood Winery Shuttle to go in the reverse order at the end of the night with drop offs
