What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Please arrive 15 minutes before.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and our Zelle and Venmo information is on the registry page at the top of this site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. Really, wear whatever makes you feel cute and comfy! Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP will list the names of all guests invited. Unfortunately, there is only so much space at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but to stay within the limits of the guest count, children are not invited, except for family traveling from out of state and nursing infants.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are several hotel options in the area: 1. Double Tree Inn by Hilton, Leominster, MA -20 minutes away from the venue -978-534-9000 There is a hotel room block at the Double Tree Inn by Hilton for a reduced price if you give our names. Please make your reservations as soon as possible if you want a room at the hotel. There are a limited number of blocks. 2. Great Wolf Lodge, Fitchburg, MA -15 minutes from the venue -978-516-0138 -There is a water park here. 3. Courtyard Marriott, Worcester, MA 25 minutes from venue 508-363-0300 4. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, the venue can make meal accommodations. While the meal is buffet style, those who need accommodation will receive a plated meal, cooked separately. Your meal will be brought out to your seat. Please let us know if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction as soon as possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of room in the parking lot at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

While you are welcome to drive over, please be aware there is an open bar and there are likely few, if any Uber/Lyft in the area.
