No — the wedding ceremony and reception are adults-only events. While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make the celebration a grown-up affair so everyone can relax and enjoy the night to the fullest. That said, you are absolutely welcome to bring your children to Mexico for the trip. Many guests are doing just that and planning to have family or a trusted caregiver watch them at the hotel or off-site during the wedding. We kindly ask that children not attend the ceremony or reception under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding and helping us create the intimate atmosphere we’re envisioning!
We recommend flying into Guadalajara International Airport (GDL), also known as Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla International Airport. It’s about 30–45 minutes from most recommended hotels and the venue.
Uber is the easiest and most affordable option in Guadalajara. It's safe, reliable, and costs about $15–25 USD from the airport to most areas in Zapopan. Airport taxis are also available.
The wedding is on Friday, March 20, and that’s the most important day to be there! We recommend arriving on Thursday, March 19 to settle in, avoid travel delays, and be ready to celebrate. You’re welcome to stay longer and explore beautiful Guadalajara, but there’s no pressure to stay the entire weekend — come for what works best for you.
Most places take credit/debit cards, but it's helpful to have some pesos for taxis, tips, and smaller shops. Use ATMs inside banks for the best exchange rate.
Yes! We recommend: Uber (for local transport) Google Maps WhatsApp (for local communication) Google Translate (super helpful in restaurants or taxis)
