The Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Black-Tie Attire: Ladies wear floor-length evening gowns and gentlemen wear tuxedos with bowties.

Feel free to arrive up to 30-minutes early to enjoy a stroll through the gardens before you take your seat for the ceremony. Guests who arrive after 5:30 p.m. will not be permitted to enter as it will disturb the ceremony; you may join the party afterwards at the cocktail hour. Please note, the couple wishes to have an intimate experience with their loved ones truly present. They have explicitly stated this will be an 'unplugged ceremony,' meaning all guests will be asked to silence and put away their mobile devices. Professional photographers and videographers have been hired to capture the day, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

Cocktail Hour

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Black-Tie Attire: Ladies wear floor-length evening gowns and gentlemen wear tuxedos with bowties.

Enjoy a few light bites and cocktails in the Regency Lounge, while the newlyweds take their wedding portraits. They will join the reception in the Grand Ballroom afterwards.

The Reception

7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Enjoy an four course dinner of Italian cuisine, then be ready to party the night away with the newlyweds!

After Party

For those who want to keep the celebration going, the couple have reserved the interior bar at Safety Habor Resort & Spa (located on the lobby floor) for an after party. Please note, any beverages ordered will be at your own expense.
