We met on the internet. David suggested going rock climing outside for their first date but we both decided coffee might be a better option.

On Saturday, November 4th, we went on a hike to Brown's lake in Arapaho National Forest. David had suggested that we bring a picnic lunch and Linsy was impressed with his idea because it was a little out of the ordinary. After lunch, David had Linsy jump onto a rock to take some photos and when she turned around, David was on one knee with a ring. A surprised Linsy attempted to jump back to land and in true Linsy fashion, fell into the lake. After a minute of composing ourselves from laughing, a wet boot later, David popped the question and Linsy said yes!

On February 4, 2024, we eloped in Rocky Mountain National Park. We did our ceremony at the 3M curve at sunrise. There was a fresh layer of snow so it made for a beautiful backdrop for our special day!
